8 - 9:30 am Asana Practice
9:30 – 10:30 am Breakfast
10:30 – 12 pm Use of Facilities (Saltwater Pool, Jacuzzi, Infrared Sauna
12 – 12:45 pm Qi Gong Practice
1 – 2 Lunch
2 – 4:30 pm Use of Facilities
4:30 – 6 pm Evening Asana
6:30 – 7:30 pm Dinner

*Also welcome to stay for evening program but must leave Hale Akua by 10 pm.
